Returns and Exchanges

 Return and Exchange Policy

All purchases are FINAL unless items are defective upon customer arrival. In the event that an item is received and is defective and/or not the item that was purchased, an exchange process will be implemented. Customers have 7 days after receiving the item to send an exchange inquire and photos of the defective item(s) to contact@wigsbywoodsco.com. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you the possibility of an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In the event that the return item is out-of-stock, we will issue a refund back to your account used when ordering.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 


Non-returnable or exchangeable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable software products 
- Hair Products 

 

Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations are ONLY acceptable within 24 hours of your purchase date with a detailed explanation for the requested cancellation. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method minus any transaction fees (ex. PayPay charges approximately a 5% transaction fee.) Refunds are completed and deposited within 1-5 business days depending on your financial institution. 

We do NOT offer refunds for failure to review our Shipping and Tracking policy prior to purchasing. We purchase all specs immediately after all orders are placed, therefore refunds cannot be issued.



Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@wigsbywoodsco.com

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed. You are responsible for shipping costs back to us. 

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@wigsbywoodsco.com

Sale Items
All sale items are FINAL.

 


Shipping your Returned Product
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
